Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, data entry, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, and bills.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Handle vendor payments and customer billing.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
- Understanding of payroll and statutory labor laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
