Role Overview

The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Fusion , strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable including invoice processing, validation, matching, and payment execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile AP sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve discrepancies, payment issues, and account statements.
• Review and approve invoices ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Generate AP reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support AP automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams across KSA and global offices.
• Assist with audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, specifically within digital, technology, or multinational companies .
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable module .
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working in KSA and familiarity with local financial regulations is preferred.
