Senior Admin Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall office administration during night hours.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, IT support, and security staff.
  • Maintain records of office supplies, assets, and consumables.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and quality checks.
  • Maintain vendor contracts and documentation.
  • Handle basic bank-related tasks like cheque deposits, withdrawals, DDs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice processing, utility payments, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for bills, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Support management in organizing in-office events or night shift logistics.
  • Handle urgent administrative requirements and act as the single point of contact during night hours.
  • Report daily activities and issues to the Admin/Operations Manager.
