The Senior Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient management of administrative operations in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. This role ensures the effective functioning of the workplace, manages office resources, and supports operational efficiency. The Senior Admin Officer will also play a critical role in maintaining facilities, coordinating with external vendors, and providing general administrative support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration & Facility Management:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance of the office environment.
  • Liaise with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and office-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office space.
  • Manage facility-related expenses, budget planning, and monitoring.
  • Vendor and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors for office services, supplies, and utilities.
  • Maintain relationships with service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Ensure timely renewals of office leases and vendor contracts.
  • Support to Operations:
  • Assist in the development of administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless support for operational activities.
  • Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and ensure the proper functioning of attendance systems.
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and manage the performance of junior administrative staff.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the admin team to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Set clear objectives and ensure timely completion of tasks by the administrative team.
  • Event & Travel Management:
  • Plan and organize internal events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including bookings for employees and visitors.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Maintain proper documentation for all administrative activities and contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and local government regulations.
  • Oversee administrative audits and compliance checks as necessary.
  • Budget & Expense Management:
  • Manage the administrative budget effectively.
  • Track office expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Generate periodic reports on office expenses, budgeting, and vendor performance.

Salary up to : 100k

Shift : Rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
