Senior Administrative Support

Cairo, District 5 Campus, Building B07, Ain Sokhna Road, New Cairo 11361

Full time 40 hours per week

Bupa Global has offices around the world including London and Brighton (UK), Dublin (Europe), Miami (USA), Dubai (UAE, in partnership with OIC), Egypt and Hong Kong (China) as well as regional offices in mainland China, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Panama, Guatemala and Ecuador.

How you'll help us make health happen

  • In-charge of the project asset register and custody forms.

  • Main focal point for all governmental matters (electricity, water..etc).

  • In-charge of the health and safety for Oasis building.

  • Providing administration support to Oasis project/office (1000 square meters).

  • Petty cash management and settlement.

  • Management of runners, their trips & overtime.

  • Oversee shifts management of the tea points.

  • Procurement office supplies such as stationery and groceries related to Oasis.

  • Updating Administration budget & reporting it to finance

  • Managing inbound & out bound delivers with Aramex

  • Booking airlines ticket for Oasis employees

  • Organizing travel & accommodation of conferences inside Egypt along with payment.

  • Arranging for airport transfers, meet & greet services & visa assistance for Bupa Global visitors.

  • Arranging for office events as per departments managers requests.

  • Liaising with mobile service providers to complete employees request for data & voice lines.

  • Purchasing cell phones for the employees as per request

  • Keeping track of all company property items delivered to staff as chairs, mobiles, airboxes, etc..

  • Dealing with our facilities companies when needed.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree certificate.

  • Strong English and Arabic language skills.

  • Three-year experience or more in administration and office management

  • Experience of managing health & safety at work and knowledge of relevant health & safety legislations.
