The University of Oklahoma's Price College Division of Management & International Business (MIB) offers undergraduate and graduate programs that prepare students for leadership in organizations and global business. The Division includes degree programs in Management, International Business, Sports Business, and Energy Management, as well as associated certificates and minors such as Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Legal Studies. The Division supports faculty, students, and external partners through academic programming, research, and administrative operations. The Senior Administrative and Financial Coordinator provides professional administrative and financial management support for the Management and International Business Division. This position is responsible for divisionlevel financial oversight, budget monitoring, faculty travel processing, limited program coordination, and administrative leadership. The role works closely with the Division Director to ensure financial accountability, compliance, and effective execution of division operations.
Essential Duties:
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months related experience.
