Job Title:
Senior Administrative Officer who will be responsible for clerical work in the following areas under the instructions and requests of the GM.

Job Responsibility:

To coordinate, oversee and perform a wide range of support activities, secretarial services, and confidential assignments & support for work related to regular HR tasks.

Handling PRO operations, managing of visa dates, arrangement of necessary documents, etc.

Required to be detail-oriented, accountable, and able to work independently with limited guidance from the direct manager.

Should also be able to multi-task and prioritize different assignments and requirements based on urgency.
Key Role:
-
Provide administrative support for the office, such as screening and handling telephone &email communications.

To organize and facilitate meetings and special events, schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, and agendas, etc.

To draft and prepare written documents, policies and procedures, reports and correspondences for the office; screens and evaluate incoming inquiries and complaints.

To gather, enter and update data to maintain updated records and databases, as appropriate, for the Office.

Manage the agenda by prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings and events.

Manage the office’s budget and spending requirements and follows up on necessary financial transactions of the Office.
Job Requirement:

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

Proficiency in MS Office applications
