Job description for Legal advisorDrafting and negotiating legal documents for all range of retail brands and vendor agreements.Advising on commercial contracts and agreements, and corporate compliance.Handling and managing contract compliances and risk mitigation.Attending and representing the company in the Courts.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third party.Interaction with senior management to identify and resolve complex legal issues.Drafting and replying legal notices.

Pay: ₹18,142.01 - ₹73,240.98 per month
