Senior Advocate

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters and possess strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in research, argumentation, and case strategy development is crucial.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of junior associates.

* Independently manage complex cases from inception to completion.

* Develop and execute case strategies.

* Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.

* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.

* Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.

* Advise clients on complex legal matters.

* Oversee and review the work of junior associates.

* Ensure high-quality legal work and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years PQE.

* Proven experience in leading and managing a team of associates.

* Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong advocacy and argumentation skills.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute case strategies.

* Ability to work independently and proactively.

* Admission to the Bar is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
