Senior Advocate

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Advocate – Real Estate to manage and oversee all legal matters related to property transactions, land acquisition, development projects, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, handle complex documentation, and represent the company before courts, tribunals, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including sale, purchase, lease and development agreements
• Draft, review, and vet property-related documents, agreements, MOUs and contracts
• Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of land and properties
• Represent the company in courts, tribunals, registries and government departments
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, RERA, land laws and statutory regulations
• Manage property litigation, disputes and negotiations
• Liaise with external counsels, advocates and legal consultants when required
• Provide legal risk assessment and strategic advice to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university
• Enrolled with Bar Council of India
• Strong expertise in real estate laws, land acquisition, RERA, and property litigation
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Ability to handle high-value transactions and complex legal matters independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working with real estate developers, construction companies, or law firms
• In-depth knowledge of state-specific land and property laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
