Senior AI Automation Engineer

Techionik Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Process Automation, with a proven ability to integrate AI-driven technologies into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models, chatbots, and predictive analytics tools aligned with organizational goals.
• Integrate automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere with existing business systems.
• Work with APIs and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between AI models and enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and present AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of automation systems.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to improve model accuracy and system efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of deployed automation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and automation technologies to recommend continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company’s AI strategy and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI development and automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical AI automation solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of data analytics, ETL processes, and workflow orchestration tools.
