Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our E-commerce Division. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that directly impact business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for e-commerce use cases such as recommendations, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, fraud detection, and customer segmentation
• Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and drive data-informed decisions
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and recommend innovative solutions for business growth

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling
• Experience working with large datasets, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production environments (cloud or on-premise)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace platforms
• Knowledge of recommendation systems, NLP, or time-series forecasting
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
