Senior AI Strategist

You are the person who makes AI feel real to a client. Not through slides and buzzwords — through prototypes, demos, and conversations that translate technology into genuine business possibility. You sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creativity, and you are equally comfortable in all three.

You speak the client's language. You know when to go deep on the technology and when to zoom out to the business case. You prototype fast, iterate faster, and you stay honest about what AI can and cannot do today.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client conversations on AI strategy, MarCom transformation opportunities, and technology roadmaps
  • Rapidly prototype AI-powered workflows, agent pipelines, and content operations to demonstrate real value
  • Translate client pain points into clear, fundable AI use cases with a path from concept to delivery
  • Stay at the forefront of AI tools, models, and agentic frameworks — and translate developments into practical client applications
  • Prepare and run executive workshops and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to proposals and pitches with compelling narratives and tangible proof points
  • Work closely with the Innovation Lead to test, adapt, and operationalise new capabilities


Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–10 years in digital strategy, AI consulting, MarTech, innovation, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools: LLMs, workflow automation, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering
  • Strong client-facing presence — you can present to a CMO or CTO and make complex technology feel approachable
  • Experience creating prototypes and proofs of concept, not just writing about them
  • Strategic thinking combined with the ability to ship something real — you do not stop at the strategy deck
  • Comfort with uncertainty: new tools, new clients, new problems, new approaches every week
