Senior AI/ML Engineer

Systems Limited is looking for Senior AI/ML Engineer with below skillset.

Responsibilities:

● Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, low-latency distributed

systems for real-time audio stream processing and analysis.

● Integrate AI Models: Implement and productionize machine learning models,

specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation

(RAG) systems for audio-based applications.

● Develop Core Services: Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code in Python to

build microservices and data processing pipelines that handle massive volumes of

concurrent audio data.

● Optimize Performance: Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks in our systems

to ensure reliability and speed for our AI-driven features.

● Prompt Engineering & Tuning: Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and refine

sophisticated prompt engineering strategies to maximize the performance and

accuracy of our LLMs.

● Lead & Mentor: Lead technical design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and

champion best practices in software development, system architecture, and MLOps.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical

experience.

● 5+ years of professional software development experience.

● 3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining complex distributed

systems.

● Strong proficiency in Python and its ecosystem for backend development.

● Proven experience with real-time audio stream processing technologies (e.g.,

WebRTC, gRPC, Websockets, Kafka, or similar).

● Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

● Practical knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and evaluating LLM outputs.

● Solid understanding of the fundamentals of machine learning, including model

deployment and lifecycle management (MLOps).

● Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization

technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

● A track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to launch.
