Senior Amazon Listing and Marketplace Specialist

We are hiring a senior professional with strong experience in Amazon listings, private label operations, and wholesale catalog management. The ideal candidate understands Amazon SEO, ranking mechanics, flat files, variations, and Seller Central troubleshooting at a deep level.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize Amazon listings including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms
• Perform keyword research using Helium10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, and other tools
• Develop structured image briefs and A+ content that improve click-through and conversion rates
• Manage private label listings including variations, attributes, and full launch setup
• Handle wholesale listings and large catalogs using flat files and bulk uploads
• Fix suppressed listings, indexing issues, category mismatches, and variation errors
• Monitor and improve listing performance using CTR, CVR, sessions, and keyword ranking data
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis for private label and wholesale products
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and PPC team to maintain content quality
• Ensure listing accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all product ranges
• Maintain organized workflows and manage multiple listings simultaneously without supervision

Requirements

• Proven experience with Amazon private label operations
• Proven experience with wholesale catalog management
• Strong skills in Amazon listing creation, optimization, and SEO
• Practical knowledge of Helium10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, and Seller Central
• Advanced experience with flat files, variation setups, and catalog troubleshooting
• Ability to solve suppression issues, indexing failures, and category errors
• Understanding of ranking mechanics, keyword intent, and listing structure
• Strong written communication and content drafting ability
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple product lines and meet deadlines independently

Preferred

• Experience launching new private label products
• Experience managing large wholesale catalogs
• Basic understanding of PPC structure and keyword alignment
• Portfolio or examples of listings previously created or optimized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
