Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Location: Hybrid – East Windsor, NJ (3 days onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 Salary + Annual Bonus

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. This role is ideal for a polished and confident finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will play a key role in financial modeling, executive-level reporting, and strategic decision support, working closely with C-level leadership and private equity investors. This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to present financial insights clearly, and confidence in fielding questions from senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and investment decisions
  • Perform scenario analysis and evaluate financial performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze financial statements and key business drivers to inform decision-making

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes across business units
  • Partner with leadership to align financial plans with growth initiatives, including expansion and acquisitions
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance

Executive Reporting & Presentations

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting for leadership, board meetings, and private equity stakeholders
  • Build clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • Confidently present financial insights and respond to questions from C-level leaders and investors

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related finance roles
  • Advanced expertise in Excel-based financial modeling (required)
  • Strong experience building and delivering executive-level PowerPoint presentations
  • Proven ability to work directly with C-level stakeholders and/or private equity investors
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Confident, polished presence with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
