HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

International Pricing Solutions enables optimal revenue generation by delivering greater speed, accuracy, complexity, and scale of pricing actions. Solutions serves as the business owners of core pricing tools, designs SQL based automation software, builds timely and insightful reporting, and integrates new technologies into analyst's workflows.

We are seeking someone to design, develop, and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports that turn data into actionable insights using their deep airline pricing experience, and/or their strong SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau backgrounds.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting nearly 100 pricing analysts across the 3 International RM Pricing Entities (Trans-Atlantic, Trans-Pacific, or Latin) by building tools and automation processes to help reduce complexity.
  • Developing dynamic reports and tools to help analysts and executive leadership understand and take action on pricing trends and their revenue impact .
  • Organizing and forming the future pricing role by building tools/reports that will bring increased analytical capabilities to a traditionally core pricing function.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 1+ years of superior quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Must seek challenging, analytical work, and possess the ability to communicate detailed analysis through written and verbal means to all levels throughout the organization.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity, initiative, and drive .
  • Ability to manage numerous responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Familiarity with airline economic concepts is preferred. Familiarity with pricing logic and systems (AirPrice, PORT) is a plus.
  • Previous work experience with large scale data analysis is preferred, ideally using SQL and/or SAS coding language. Aptitude for data analysis/manipulation and interest for coding is required.
  • Revenue Management or Network airline experience preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.
