We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team and drive the design and execution of high-profile projects across luxury, hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors . What You’ll Do:

• Develop creative design concepts and detailed architectural drawings.
• Create 3D models and visualizations to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee construction progress to ensure design quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of architectural design and project coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and sustainable design (LEED/WELL is a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
