Senior Architect

Duties:

• Meet with clients and develop designs, drawings, and 3D renderings.
• Prepare and update architectural plans, ensuring designs comply with building codes and KM rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with other architects and engineers.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Create detailed drawings and material specifications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the engineering consultancy field.

Qualifications and Skills:

• The candidate must have knowledge of Baladia rules and regulations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Professional work ethic and appearance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other software such as 3DMAX, Photoshop, Lumion, and SketchUp.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills.
• Capability to read and interpret engineering or architectural plans.
• Adherence to company policies and timekeeping standards.
• Consistently meets assigned deadlines.
