Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead architectural design development from concept through detailed design stages. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within Dubai Real Estate Development companies and a strong understanding of authority regulations across multiple Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and progress them into full architectural detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure design alignment with project objectives.
• Review architectural drawings, material specifications, and technical documentation to maintain compliance with the approved design vision.
• Manage and follow up on authority submissions and approvals with:
• Sharjah Municipality
• Dubai Municipality
• Abu Dhabi Municipality
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
• Prepare visual presentations and design materials for internal management reviews and external stakeholders.
• Manage consultant coordination, review technical comments, and oversee design revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Fluent in English & Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience within Dubai Real Estate Development companies.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Solid expertise in:
• BUA and NSA calculations
• Space efficiency optimization
• Villa planning
• Residential community master planning
• High-rise towers and multi-story buildings
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes and authority approval procedures.
• Proven experience in designing both villa and tower projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience working with consultants and managing technical reviews.
