Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project delivery from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full design lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution of projects in line with UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from concept development to detailed design and execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design documentation.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical details.
• Provide design solutions and resolve technical issues during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 6-10 years of UAE experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
