Senior Architect – Authorities & Approvals

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team with solid experience in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Al Ain and Al Dhafra Region.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Proven experience in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Dhafra

Strong knowledge of local authorities regulations (Municipality, Civil Defense, and other government entities)

Experience in permit applications and approvals process

Excellent command of English (written & spoken)

Strong skills in architectural design, presentations, and visualization

Ability to attend meetings, communicate clearly, and represent the company professionally

Capable of handling coordination with authorities and project stakeholders

Preferred:

Experience in fast-track approvals

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Software Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting & detailing)

Strong experience in Revit (BIM modeling & coordination)

Good knowledge of SketchUp or equivalent

Experience in Lumion / 3ds Max for visualization is an advantage

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentation and layout
