The ideal candidate should bring a strong background in contracting , with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-end luxury residential and high-rise construction projects across the UAE. The role involves leading the architectural design and coordination of large-scale developments, ensuring full compliance with local regulations , client specifications , and sustainability standards . Regular site visits will be required to oversee construction progress, quality, and alignment with the approved architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and coordination for large-scale luxury residential and high-rise developments.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with local regulations, client requirements, and sustainability standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects and drafting teams.
• Act as a key liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Oversee REVIT-based project documentation and BIM coordination across all project stages.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural design.
