Senior Architectural Designer

Senior Architect with strong UAE experience responsible for design development, authority approvals, coordination with Structural & MEP, and supporting construction stage.

Key Duties

• Client meetings & design presentations as per local regulations
• Prepare detailed drawings & specifications
• Coordinate with Structural & MEP disciplines
• Submit & follow up authority approvals and comments
• Review shop drawings & material submittals
• Site visits and resolving construction issues

Requirements

• 10–15 years UAE experience (15–20 total experience)
• Expert in Revit + AutoCAD + 3ds Max + V-Ray + Lumion
• Strong design knowledge & communication skills
• Ability to work independently
