🔍 About the Role

Shaharyar Technologies is seeking an experienced App Store Optimization (ASO) Expert with proven hands-on expertise in both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This is a 100% on-site role for someone who can drive organic installs, improve keyword rankings, and increase conversion rates across mobile platforms.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ASO strategies for iOS and Android apps

• Perform keyword research and optimization for Apple App Store & Google Play

• Optimize app titles, subtitles, descriptions, metadata, icons, screenshots, and videos

• Monitor rankings, installs, retention, and conversion metrics

• Conduct A/B testing (store listings, creatives, messaging)

• Analyze competitors and market trends

• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams

• Manage app updates and localization strategies

• Track performance via App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and ASO tools

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in ASO for both iOS & Android platforms

• Strong understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms

• Hands-on experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, App Annie, Mobile Action, etc.)

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)

• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills

• Familiarity with Firebase, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console

• Ability to work on-site and collaborate cross-functionally
