Senior Assistant Manager Risk Management

A leading and reputable Textile Manufacturing Group in Faisalabad is looking for a competent and proactive professional for the position of Sr. Assistant Manager – Risk Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks across the organization to support secure and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments across finance, operations, supply chain, and production functions.
• Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Monitor and update the corporate risk register regularly.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
• Assist in internal audits, compliance reviews, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Conduct awareness sessions to strengthen risk culture across departments.

Requirements

• CA Inter (ICAP) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related functions; experience in a textile or manufacturing setup will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong command over financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems will be a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
