Manager Export

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Export Manager to oversee and manage all export-related operations of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international regulations, develop global markets, manage export documentation, and drive export sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, logistics, and compliance.
• Identify and develop new international markets to expand the company’s global footprint.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners.
• Coordinate with production, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure all export procedures follow customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Negotiate shipping rates, freight charges, and contracts with logistics partners.
• Analyze export sales reports, market trends, and competitors to develop growth strategies.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Export Management (FMCG/Manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and export-related software/portals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing multi-country exports.
• Knowledge of LC requirements, payment terms, and international banking procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
