Senior Associate Attorney

Brock & Scott, PLLC is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our Auto Replevin Department in Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner, fellow attorneys, and a dedicated support team in a dynamic, high-volume practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, excellent litigation skills, and the ability to effectively manage cases through all stages of the Impound, Collection, and Auto Replevin process. Key responsibilities include client communication, attending conferences and hearings, conducting depositions, and negotiating favorable settlements.
