Cruitin Inc. is representing a leading corporate immigration law firm seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex immigration matters, manage client relationships, and oversee legal teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sophisticated business immigration cases.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to corporate clients, including on-site presentations and consultations.
• Supervise attorneys and paralegals, ensuring high-quality case preparation and submission.
• Contribute to firm-wide legal standards, training, and hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners on practice development and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of corporate immigration experience.
• JD and active license to practice law in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with legal tech tools and case management systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $190,000–$205,000 (California-based).
