Senior Associate – Inventory (Tabuk)

Job Purpose


The Senior Associate – Inventory (Finance Operations) will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting effective inventory controls, and ensuring proper valuation and reporting in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards across Retail, F&B, and Spare Parts inventory.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and validate inventory movements within ERP and warehouse systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Perform stock counts, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support inventory valuation activities, including provisions, obsolescence, and write-offs in line with IFRS (IAS 2).
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities related to inventory.
  • Prepare inventory reports and support audit and internal control requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements across the inventory lifecycle.


Systems Exposure


  • ERP systems (e.g., SAP – MM, FI )
  • Warehouse management / inventory sub-systems
  • Reporting and analysis tools (Excel, BI tools)


Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in inventory or finance operations roles.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS inventory accounting (IAS 2) and internal controls.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
