Job Description

About the role:
Bhumi’s Whole-School Transformation is a comprehensive program that focuses on strengthening whole child development while working alongside key stakeholders such as school leaders/HMs, parents, teachers, and the community. This person will lead the end-to-end implementation of the Whole School Transformation Program across assigned schools, ensuring adherence to key pillars and maintaining high quality to achieve targeted outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all program activities with effective planning, coordination, and resource management to ensure timely delivery of milestones and goals.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Lead robust monitoring and evaluation processes to track program progress, measure impact, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact between Bhumi’s various programs and external stakeholders, building and nurturing partnerships to strengthen the program model and enhance collaboration.
  • Reporting and Communication: Create comprehensive reports on program outcomes, insights, and challenges; communicate findings regularly to Bhumi leadership, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
  • Educational Qualification/Experience Educational Degree : Graduate/Postgraduate degree or fellowship experience.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Education, preferably with schools.
  • Prior experience in school transformation, teacher capacity building, or community engagement will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • High levels of initiative, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
  • Good facilitation, presentation, and documentation skills.
