Strategic Planning

• Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and revenue targets.

• Ensure marketing supports venue hire, events, memberships, sports programs, and F&B.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, set KPIs, and manage workloads.

• Coordinate with Modon’s Corporate Marketing & Communications team to align strategies.

Brand Management

• Define and protect 321Sports brand identity across all channels.

• Enhance brand presence to position 321Sports as a top multi-sport destination.

• Oversee creative direction for campaigns to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Manage digital and social media campaigns, SEO, and audience growth initiatives.

• Oversee content creation, including visuals, videos, and website updates.

• Monitor performance using analytics and implement improvements.

Campaigns & Promotions

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns for events, programs, and seasonal initiatives.

• Target campaigns for corporates, schools, sports communities, tourists, and families.

• Coordinate timelines and develop partner promotions to maximize engagement.

Sponsorship & Partnerships

• Support sponsorship and partnership activations, ensuring timely delivery of benefits.

• Build relationships with community groups, sports organizations, and media partners.

Public Relations & Community Engagement

• Serve as primary contact for media, influencers, and stakeholders.

• Develop PR campaigns and oversee event coverage for visibility and engagement.

Health, Safety & Operational Compliance

• Ensure all marketing and event activities comply with Health & Safety regulations.

• Support operational teams in risk assessments, incident reporting, and adherence to safety standards.

• Liaise with internal teams to implement policies that protect staff, visitors, and contractors.

Budget & Performance

• Manage marketing budget for maximum ROI.

•Track performance.


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of marketing & Social Media experience, preferably in sports, fitness, leisure, or event-based industries.

• Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional projects.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
