Job Summary:

Aetheron, an HR outsourcing firm also providing recruitment services, is looking for an experienced, inspired individual to help assist with HR functions as well as client coordination. This position will give you exposure with client handling and polishing up HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with HR functions, including talent management, recruitment, payroll etc. Overseeing the delivery of services to ensure efficiency and quality, and stakeholder coordination.
• Contributing to or leading projects within the team, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and enhance service delivery.
• Identifying areas for improvement in operational and HR processes and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is often required.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in operations, HR, or a similar field is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
• Bonus if the candidate has previous out-sourcing experience.
