Senior Auto Technician

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs of vehicles
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic equipment and manual techniques.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians and apprentices, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide clear explanations of technical issues to customers.
• Stay up to date with new vehicle technologies, systems, and manufacturer service bulletins.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop.
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs when necessary.
• Uphold workshop cleanliness, organization, and tool accountability.
