We’re looking for a skilled Senior Barista with strong leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and manual brew drinks
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Manage daily operations and inventory
• Train and guide junior baristas
• Create and present mocktails & frappes
• Operate POS systems efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Barista certification or professional training preferred
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Local hire only Qatar
• Immediate joiner or within 1 month
