Purpose of Position:

To prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, assist in training and mentoring junior baristas, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The Senior Barista plays a crucial role in maintaining the standards of the café and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to café standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas, fostering their development and skill improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling special requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of beverages served, making adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on new coffee trends, brewing methods, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development of new beverage recipes and menu items.

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
