Senior Barista

As a Senior Barista at Melbrew Coffee, you will be the heartbeat of our coffee bar; crafting world-class beverages, mentoring junior staff, and upholding the Melbrew standard of excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes coffee.

Your Daily Brew:

• Be the craft behind every cup - pull perfect shots, steam velvety milk, and create specialty beverages that keep guests coming back.
• Own the bar - maintain consistency, quality, and the Melbrew standard across every service.
• Mentor and inspire junior baristas, sharing your knowledge of brewing techniques, equipment, and cafe etiquette.
• Bring creative energy to seasonal menus, new recipes, and limited-time offerings.
• Keep the bar running smoothly - manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards like a pro.
• Collaborate with the cafe team and management to make every shift seamless and every guest happy.

Are You the One?

• Live and breathe coffee - speciality, single origin, latte art and all.
• Bring 5+ years of barista experience, ideally in a specialty or third-wave cafe environment.
• Know your espresso from your filter and your ristretto from your lungo.
• Thrive under pressure and keep your cool during the rush.
• Take pride in every pour, every cup, every interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
