Summary

Le Cheval Cafe is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Barista to join its new Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee preparation skills, experience in café operations, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items to company standards
• Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage quality consistency
• Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor stock levels and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
• Support junior staff and assist with smooth café operations
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Immediate availability required

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
