- Beverage Expertise: Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold specialty beverages with high quality and consistency, including advanced techniques like latte art and "dialing in" espresso.
- Mentorship & Training: Train and mentor junior baristas on proper techniques, customer service standards, and cafe offerings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by explaining menu items, making recommendations, and handling complaints effectively.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, preparing requisitions, receiving deliveries, and maintaining product freshness.
- Equipment & Cleanliness: Maintain and clean coffee equipment and the work area to ensure high standards of hygiene and functionality.
- Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, operating the Point of Sales (POS) system, and preparing for shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and support overall store success.
