About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bartender to join in Nuska Beach in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

• Lead the bar team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and coordinating bar operations efficiently.
• Curate and create unique cocktail recipes tailored to the theme of the outlet or specific guest requests.
• Provide expert recommendations on wine and food pairings, upselling beverages based on guests' preferences.
• Manage bar inventories, track perishable goods, and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction and working closely with the management team to address any issues.

About You

• Higher Secondary School Diploma
• Basic Food & Hygiene Training
• WSET Level 2 Certification
• 2 years of Bartending experience in luxury hospitality
• Experience in modern bar techniques
• Inventory management
• Strong customer service orientation
• Demonstrates confidence and ability to upsell
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
