What you will do

Let s do this. Let s change the world. In this vital role you will enhance the promotion of Amgen s products to serve patients:

• Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans

• Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager

• Partner with Cluster/Territory Teams and collaborate (Medical Affairs/Key Account Manager, etc.) to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities

• Engage with peers and District Manager to learn standard methodologies

• Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate.

• Identify and capture competitive information

• Follow through on customer commitments and request in a timely fashion

• Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up-to-date

• Demonstrate an understanding of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs

• Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities

• Seek inputs and assistance to coordinate activities

• Continuously develop and improve product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs and drive self-development
