Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Manager – IoT Devices with 2–3 years of proven experience in client relationship management, sales coordination, and order follow-up. The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely order execution, and exceptional customer service.

This role is best suited for a professional who values long-term client engagement, enjoys driving operational efficiency, and contributes to overall customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and order-related updates.
• Follow up diligently on all ongoing and pending orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments — including Sales, Logistics, and Accounts — to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and order progress.
• Support the sales team in managing repeat orders, client retention, and post-sales services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and solution-oriented communication.
• Demonstrate good understanding of IT and IoT device solutions and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in IoT or IT products.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
