Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper – US to join our Karachi-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and preparing financial statements for US clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based clients
• Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts
• Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy in all entries
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Communicate with clients regarding financial updates and discrepancies
• Use QuickBooks and/or Xero for managing client accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero
• Good understanding of US accounting principles (GAAP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with integrity and accuracy
• Male candidates only (due to night shift working hours)
