Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to lead and manage budgeting processes, financial planning, and expenditure analysis across the organization. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong analytical abilities, financial expertise, and the capacity to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The Senior Budget Analyst will play a key role in guiding financial efficiency and maintaining Qadeir Financials’ reputation for excellence in financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with management and departments to align budgets with organizational goals.
• Prepare detailed budget reports, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and company policies.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to budgeting.
• Develop and implement budgeting tools, models, and process improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in financial planning and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and financial modeling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
