Senior / Specialist Finance (Majis Industrial Services)

Majis delivers water and wastewater utility services to industrial zones.

As a Senior Finance Specialist in Majis you will manage treasury operations and financial planning, ensuring the company has proper cash flow, financial control, and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Treasury & Cash Management

Prepare cash forecasts and daily cash positions

Manage electronic payments and banking transactions

Handle bank accounts, KYC, and relationships

Monitor working capital and liquidity

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term financial reports

Track actual spending vs. budget and explain variances

Support financial decision-making and strategy

3. Financial Planning & Strategy

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Contribute to long-term financial strategy

Perform financial and economic analysis

4. Risk & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies and treasury standards

Manage financial risks, insurance, and controls

Align with Oman regulations and international standards

5. Broader Finance Scope

Financial performance management

Investment and funding strategies

Debt/equity structuring

Financial systems and automation

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of:

Treasury operations

Financial modeling & analysis

Budgeting and forecasting

Experience with:

Banking systems and cash management

ERP systems (e.g., SAP is often preferred)

Language:

English required

Arabic preferred

Pay: From RO2,000.000 per month
