Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and risks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and business growth
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
• Support business cases, investment analysis, and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, or financial analysis roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel or similar tools
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are an advantage but not required
