Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a highly analytical individual with a deep understanding of Power BI , business intelligence , and data analysis . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In this role, experience with KPIs and the ability to work with BIM models in Power BI is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance and key metrics.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs and business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various platforms and reporting tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through detailed data analysis.
• Use advanced knowledge of Power BI to create intuitive, visually compelling reports and analytics.
• Manage and integrate BIM models in Power BI for advanced project and infrastructure analysis (preferably).
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of BI projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and solutions.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis roles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI – dashboard creation, data modeling, and report automation.
• Strong experience with KPIs , data visualization, and translating business requirements into analytical reports.
• Experience with SQL and data management tools.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence principles, data governance, and reporting best practices.
• (Preferred) Experience working with BIM models in Power BI .
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
