About The Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Clinical UI/UX) who will serve as the bridge between clinical operations, product management, engineering and design. This role requires deep understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory programs (CCM, TCM, RPM, AWV, HCC – V28, ACO REACH, APCM) and the ability to translate those requirements into intuitive, elegant UI/UX for clinicians, care managers and operational teams.

The ideal candidate has strong product instincts, exceptional analytical skills and the ability to create user experiences that are clinically accurate, compliant and friction-free. You will work across Persivia’s Digital Health Platform (DHP), VisionAI Hub, CareSpace® and AI-driven care-management modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product backlog items across clinical features (CCM, TCM, RPM, AWV, Quality, Risk Adjustment, Care Plans, Alerts, AI recommendations) relating to UI/UX.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, medical directors and regulatory teams to ensure product alignment with easy usability.
  • Own sprint planning, grooming and end-to-end delivery of UI/UX components.
  • Ensure all designs align with platform architecture and AI-driven workflows.
  • Participate in multi-stakeholder product councils and drive prioritization using clinical impact.
  • Business Analysis
  • Conduct workflow analysis with internal and sometimes external stakeholders
  • Understand and optimize Clinical Workflows from a user’s perspective
  • Convert product enhancement requests into product logic and UI flows.
  • Translate analytics and model outputs into simple, actionable UI elements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify differentiators.
  • Clinical UI/UX Expertise
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and UI specifications.
  • Ensure user-centered design for physicians, care teams, coders and admin staff.
  • Follow principles of clinical clarity, low cognitive load and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead usability testing with clinical users and collect feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, Data Science and Clinical teams.
  • Integrate AI/LLM-driven workflows and agentic outputs into UI.
  • Support implementation with product documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from feature definition to adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bio-informatics, Design or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner, BA, Clinical Analyst or Clinical UX Designer.
  • Strong understanding of CMS programs (CCM, TCM, RPM, AWV, HCC risk adjustment, Quality/ACO programs) is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Experience with designing clinician-facing tools.
  • Ability to create detailed user stories, specs, flows.
  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, claims, labs and device data is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
