About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing requirements, designing system workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, FRD, use cases)
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Create process flows, wireframes, and UI mockups where required
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Support testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track issues and ensure timely resolution
- Assist in user training and post-implementation support
- Contribute to improving system workflows and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with UAT, process flows, and system design
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good to Have
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles or wireframing tools
