Senior Business Analyst

The role is responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM applications, enhancing existing solutions, and creating new business technology solutions. It involves collaborating with business teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and providing training and guidance to users for effective system utilization. Additionally, the position includes designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, while supporting the ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing systems.

Reporting & Dashboards, system configuration and redwood implementation.

Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience:

- Techno-Functional Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.

- Experience in implementing and supporting Fusion HCM applications.

- Strong knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules.

- Experience in Fusion Security and Approval Workflows.

- Experience in development, solution design, configuration, and end-user testing.

- Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and HCM Payroll Fast Formula.

- Good knowledge of Redwood pages design and customization.

- Knowledge of the Oracle fusion generative and agentic AI.

- Strong knowledge of integration between Fusion HCM and other systems.

- Proven ability to map business requirements to software systems.

- Strong knowledge of OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets, and HR dashboards.

- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for reporting and system customizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or related field.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month

Experience:

• IT: 5 years (Preferred)
• Fusion HCM Applications: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• MOFA (Required)
